Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery: Items will be processed before being shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will be notified when your item ships out.
Privacy & Security: All your address information kept in the Kablisk Keep database will be kept in confidence and not given to any other parties without the customer's expressed consent. The Kablisk Keep does not keep any of your credit card information. All your payment information is kept secure via Google Checkout policy. Feel free to refer to that terms of service for the specifics.
Returns & Replacements: You must notify us as soon as your recive the product if there is a problem with its functionality. We check our items to make sure they work but in the event that you recive a defective item, you will be entitled to a replacement. You will have to send back the defective item first however.
Ordering: You will be given an order number for your purchase, please keep track of it.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Payment is done by Google Checkout, once you make an account you won't need to do any more setup again. Google will keep your information and you will be able to make quick purchases with your Credit/Debit card, wherever google checkout is accepted.
